Access conditions for people under 15

To become a user of messervices, the Internet user must have reached the minimum age of 15 years.

In the event that the user is under the age of 15, he certifies having obtained prior to his registration for messervices the authorization of his parents or holders of parental authority to be able to use messervices. The user certifies that the holders of parental authority have agreed to be the guarantors of the respect by the User of this Contract and of the Terms use of messervices.

The user or his representatives must have the capacity to enter into a contract within the meaning of the law, and have accepted the General Terms and Conditions.
